8. Application Methods
You can submit your applications to exercise your rights using the following methods:
- Filling out the form obtained from the secretary and delivering it to our clinic in person,
- Application through a notary,
- Sending an email via registered email (KEP).
Applications will be responded to within 30 days in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK. If additional costs arise, a fee may be charged as per the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
9. Right to Amend
This Clarification Text may be updated to comply with legal regulations. Changes will be announced on our website and will take effect on the publication date.
